Seeing ADHD in you makes me so much more certain I have it, and may benefit from a diagnosis/medication. I always thought there wasn't much point but I don't think I realise that a lot of my issues can be associated with ADHD!

I'm currently on the journey of my diagnosis after years of struggling with mental health conditions and an eating disorder. The paralysis I feel when there are so many thoughts flying around is debilitating and feeds back into my depression when I can't execute the tasks I set out to do. It's a bloody journey, and living with these conditions is exhausting. You're doing incredible, and your light is beaming through the screen. You're helping so many people. Isn't the point of watching a vlog to watch whatever is going on in that person's life that day/week? It's weird to me that someone would either complain about or just not watch a certain segment of the vlog just because they may not be interested. Well, if they're interested in you, they'd watch whatever you posted. I would go nuts if I posted my life & people made suggestions or complained about what I posted. That sounds like a 'them' problem, not a 'you' problem. Keep being your awesome self!

How do you manage to drink so much caffeine while on adhd meds? Caffeine affects how the medication works, and can make it less effective. I can’t drink any caffeine

Im a Surgical nurse practitioner and your symptoms sound quite suspicious of a perianal abscess - I'm glad things sound like they are begining to resolve, however I would recommend a Gp to review this to monitor progress if you haven't done so already. Sorry - hate being that person 🙈. Love your vids, always gets me motivated 💖.
